Why we created the company

The surge of AI jobs and use across all market sectors has been staggering in the last few years. Job titles such as Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer are prevalent on job sites and portals across the world. But in such a new and highly complicated arena filled with multiple languages, toolkits and algorithms, recruitment companies are generally sticking with keyword matching techniques to match the list of buzzwords on a job specification to those same buzzwords on their candidate database and presenting a host of CVs to the prospective employer for them to sift through and sort those candidates which are actually suitable.

For these reasons we created nimbl.ai, to address the knowledge gap and provide a tailored solution to both candidates and employers alike. The goal of the business is to become the subject matter experts and deliver a truly consultative approach to our clients recruitment needs, with the ability to provide industry leading recruitment consulting for the AI/ Big Data market. Having a combined 30 years experience in the recruitment and Technology sectors, the founders set out to deliver the perfect solution to resolve these issues.
